What you can expect

You manage the entire contract portfolio, from initiation to drafting, negotiation, approval, amendment, review, and digitization of contracts.
You monitor compliance with contract terms, notice periods, conditions, and obligations, as well as the fulfillment of delivery and service agreements by all contractual partners.
In cooperation with your colleagues, you take measures and/or make corrections in the event of breaches or deviations from the contract, if necessary.
You identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and develop appropriate measures to minimize risk.

What you bring with you

You have completed commercial vocational training and have further training as a business economist or similar.
You have several years of professional experience with comparable responsibilities and in-depth knowledge of contract management.
You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way and act responsibly.
Good written and spoken German skills; knowledge of French, Italian, and English is a plus.
