What you can expect

Du arbeitest selbständig im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und verantwortest Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und erstellst MwSt-Abrechnungen und Steuererklärung.
Du hast die Verantwortung für Zahlungswesen und Mahnwesen.
Du unterstützt bei der Liquiditätsplanung, im Controlling und bei finanzrelevanten Auswertungen.
Du arbeitest aktiv in der Lohnbuchhaltung mit.
Du führst Nebenbücher und die Anlagenbuchhaltung und stellst eine korrekte Verbuchung sowie Abstimmung mit dem Hauptbuch sicher.
Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung und Teamleitenden administrativ und organisatorisch und übernimmst allgemeine Backoffice-Aufgaben, Korrespondenz und Datenpflege und empfängst und betreust auch mal Kunden und Geschäftspartner.
Du unterstützt bei verschiedenen organisatorischen Themen wie Materialbewirtschaftung und ICT.
Du bist eine wichtige Drehscheibe, denkst mit und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rund läuft.

What you bring with you

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und verfügst idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Sachbearbeiter*in Finanzen und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar.
Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen sowie mit Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Du hast Freude an Finanzen, Administration und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.
Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behältst den Überblick.
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Kenntnisse in Französisch sind ein Plus.
